Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time delivery of packages to assigned locations.
- Handle package verification, secure handling, and efficient route navigation.
- Provide exceptional customer service at the point of delivery.
- Follow company safety and traffic regulations for secure transportation.
- Maintain delivery logs and real-time tracking updates.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if operating a vehicle).
- Ability to lift and carry parcels of various weights.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of GPS and route optimization.
- Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery is an advantage.
