CSS is looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to handle visitor management, administrative coordination, and front desk operations at client locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that guests and employees receive efficient service and a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and administrative inquiries with efficiency.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and security access control.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
- Coordinate with internal teams, security personnel, and facility staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle basic office administration tasks, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Administration, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, front desk software, and digital booking systems.
- A pleasant personality with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in corporate front desk or reception roles preferred.
- Experience managing a team and dealing with a variety of senior stakeholders across geographies
- High level team organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Fluent English
