CSS is hiring highly alert and detail-oriented CCTV Operators to monitor security surveillance systems and assist in real-time threat detection. The role requires strong analytical skills, quick decision-making, and a commitment to safety. CCTV Operators are responsible for identifying suspicious activity, preventing security breaches, and responding to emergencies with precision.
Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time CCTV footage and security systems for unusual activities.
- Coordinate with security teams for immediate response to suspicious events.
- Analyze recorded footage for investigations and security reports.
- Conduct system health checks to ensure cameras and recording devices function optimally.
- Maintain detailed incident logs and daily surveillance reports.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma; additional security certifications preferred.
- Experience in CCTV monitoring, law enforcement, or surveillance operations.
- Strong analytical and observational skills.
- Proficiency in CCTV software and security protocols.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night duty.
- High level team organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Fluent English
